St Boswells Golf Club require a part time Secretary, commencing 1st June 2021, to support the management team with the operation of the golf club.
25hrs per week March – October and 10hrs per week November – February
Responsibilities will include – handling enquiries, bookings, financial administration, scheduling and attending management meetings and general duties associated with the efficient running of a busy golf club.
This is a customer facing role and the successful candidate will have strong administrative, interpersonal and communication skills.
A working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, and a knowledge of Sage accounting and PAYE is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
An appreciation of golf and golfing terminology would be an asset.
